6. Order Cancellation Policy

We deliver across India within 3–7 working days, depending on the destination.
Delivery may take longer during festivals, holidays, or unavoidable delays.
No international shipping is available at the moment.

8. Return & Exchange Policy

Rudratva provides a 3-day return policy only for damaged products received.
There are no refunds—only exchange is available.

Conditions for Exchange:

  • Mandatory unboxing video from the moment of opening the package.

  • Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

  • We reserve the right to reject claims without proper evidence.

9. No Refund Policy

Rudratva does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
We only provide exchanges for damaged items received.

All images, content, logos, and designs on rudratva.in are the property of Rudratva.
Any unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

Rudratva is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier partners
